Dear Cha Seung Won Fans, I have on good authority that Cha Seung Won-sshi has been filming non-stop even on his birthday he was unable to go home and he had no breaks at all. He has not only been filming but also been doing interviews for journalist as well as quick parties held for his Birthday.. I think I last counted 4 Birthday cakes already.. so please be patient.

21 Hours 06 Minutes to go before Cha Seung Won-sshi Birthday! 

Latest update is that I have had a reply from Daum administrator that they will add my message to their messages. YIPPEE! I still do not know what they are planning for him but nonetheless I am still happy to get a reply from them personally. I am so relieved!!! It is also really considerate of them to reply in perfect english no less because I think I have already missed their deadline. I am not sure because I couldnt submit my message to their Birthday Board that they created in their cafe. Anyway, some of the cafe members have replied our Birthday project with encouragement so I am very happy they have definitely received it and noticed it.

Of course all this couldnt have happened without all your Birthday wishes. For something I started less than a week ago (31 May 2011 ) this is really awesome! KAMSAHAMIDA to all you lovelies ! I would like to make a very special THANK YOU to Angelie for helping me register, it took us 2 days for that but without her I wouldnt have been able to get this far. Thank You Angelie )))huggies(((

I'm not keeping my hopes up that this project will be mentioned by Birthday boy himself  but I do know that if he sees our map,  I'm sure we have 'RECHARGED' our IRONMAN !!!! *wink* LOL

*I have reopened the map for submission of messages! Please spread the word and get yourself on the map before its too late. Remember Korean time is different, for me it is earlier. I will be closing the map tommorrow 11am UK time (5th June). Im sorry I had to close before for submission deadline. AND PLEASE DO NOT DELETE ANYTHING - instructions and link on 2nd post below. * 

First of all, THANK YOU to everyone who has made this possible. The many balloons and messages are encouraging and heartwarming! Kamsahamida to all of you for your hardwork and creativity!


I am rather stressed now as the burden of more than 100 balloons need to be made visible to Mr Cha Seung Won himself. This is where I dont want to let anyone down. Please forgive me, without any Korean help, my translation is poor, Thank You Nanuk for helping me best you can with the little Korean you know. I appreciate it nonetheless.

If any of you know his agency's email? , if you are his daum official fanclub member? , if you know Korean? or can get help from a Korean? PLEASE HELP ME in any of this or in my translation, as I can still edit the map before his actual birthday - 7th June.

My last resort is to send him a me2day Birthday message with this map link tomorrow midnight (UK time)

THIS PROJECT CLOSES AT NOON TODAY (UK TIME) AS HIS OFFICIAL DAUM BIRTHDAY GREETING CLOSES AT MIDNIGHT (KOREA TIME)! THANK YOU FOR YOUR MESSAGES. I WILL KEEP YOU INFORMED HERE IF THERE IS ANY DEVELOPMENTS. 

Hi! As the title suggest this project is for anyone who wants to make a birthday greeting to Cha Seung Won on the 07 June 2011 i.e his birthday!

The instructions for the link are below (it doesnt need any registration to get you on the map ! )

1) Click on 'edit map' on the top right hand corner

2) You are now on the map editor page. Adjust the zoom on the left hand dial to spot where you are in the world ( you can use the hand to navigate or simply put in your location on the navigation box )

3) To pin the donkey map , click on the balloon on the tools section on the right side of the page

4) You can now see you have marked where you are in the world, move the mouse to your balloon/marker and click on it ( you must be on arrow tools not still on hand tools for this)

5) Now you can post your shoutout and choose colours and personalise it.

6) Once satisfied with your shoutout please click save it on the upper right and voila! YOU ARE ON THE MAP! :)

*Please be aware not to delete other people's balloons/markers as you wont want others to delete your balloon/marker. Also if there is any markers e.g marker23, marker231 without any greetings might be removed after closing  This is a work in progress map, so if you have any questions, I will get back to you as soon as I can  (pls be kind and appreciate I am on full-time employment) *
